Fixed-scope roadmap

We define success, scope, timeline, and price before any build starts. Most engagements begin with a workflow diagnostic or analysis sprint: two to six weeks, a buildable decision out.

Build and handover

You review against the agreed scope, and it ships working: code, data, and methodology included. When the source data refreshes, we can keep it current.

Sheet 05 · The studio

Tareony exists to make high-stakes decisions legible: to the operators who make them, to the people who must defend them, and to whoever is accountable when they go wrong.

The studio is led by Olatunde Salami, its principal. The background spans subsurface geoscience, enterprise delivery, and software engineering: the same domains the work serves. That range is why one method holds from HIPAA breach records to EPA emissions to 419,777 Kansas wells.

Each project uses open data, published methodology, and reproducible code. If the method stops being the constant, the site stops being this site.
